The essentials
The website introduces Polygraph and the company building it. The app is being prepared for public launch.
- On the website — information about the project, a launch notification request and support.
- No purchase — browsing and enquiries are free; the website does not take payments.
- No registration — requesting a launch notification or contacting us does not create an account.
- Separate app rules — these will be published before the relevant features launch.
1. Who provides the website
The website polygraph.social is provided by LLC POLYGRAPH SOCIAL, a limited liability company registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU registration number 46500880. Contact: [email protected], +380 75 679 48 49. In these terms, “we” means the company and “you” means a website visitor.
2. What the website is for
You can learn about Polygraph, request a notification about its availability, contact support and temporarily save a supported link. These terms cover the website itself. They do not govern future app accounts, conversations, publications or paid features.
- Illustrations, sample profiles, questions and conversations demonstrate the product concept. They do not provide access to users’ conversations or accounts.
- Descriptions of features, launch preparations or benefits for early participants do not establish a guaranteed availability date or the terms of a future offer.
- Website registration, app sign-in and purchases are currently unavailable. We will publish the relevant rules before these features launch.
3. Requesting a launch notification
A request is voluntary and free. Provide an email address you are entitled to use. Submitting the form means you request a notification about Polygraph’s availability and consent to using the address for that purpose, as explained beside the form.
- On-screen confirmation means the request has been stored. It does not verify ownership of the address or mean an email has already been sent.
- A request does not reserve an account, nickname, queue position, launch date or paid benefit.
- Withdraw your request through support’s privacy topic or by emailing [email protected]. You do not need an account or the app.
4. Contacting support
Provide accurate information sufficient to consider your request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment details, illegal material or unnecessary personal data. The web form does not accept attachments. Limit any information about other people to what is needed to explain the matter.
- A request number confirms registration. It does not confirm email delivery, approval of a claim or completion of the requested action.
- Before granting access to data or changing it, we may verify ownership or a representative’s authority.
- You retain rights in the material you provide and permit its use to the extent necessary to handle the enquiry, respond and lawfully protect rights.
- Website support is not an emergency service.
5. Saved links and external services
At your request, the website can save a supported link for up to 24 hours. This does not grant access to private content, accept an invitation or guarantee that the destination can be restored after installing the app. You can cancel the saved link in its panel.
The website links to our pages on other services and to external sources. Their respective terms apply after you visit them. We are responsible for our own materials as provided by law, but do not control third-party websites.
6. Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass safeguards, spread malicious code, deliberately overload the website, send spam or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may limit requests or access to a feature to prevent abuse. This does not remove your lawful rights to make requests or protect your data.
7. Website materials
Texts, graphics, logos and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse the website and share links to it. Use beyond what the law permits requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.
8. Privacy
The website privacy policy explains data processing. Browsing pages does not consent to marketing messages or processing that requires a separate choice. Where an action requires consent, we explain its purpose where data is collected.
9. Availability and liability
We may update the website, correct errors and temporarily limit features for maintenance or protection. If a submission is not confirmed, check the on-screen message or contact support. Uninterrupted availability and an app launch date are not guaranteed.
Liability is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory guarantees, consumer rights, data protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Law and resolving issues
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, taking account of mandatory protections that may apply to you and cannot be excluded by contract. You may contact us to resolve an issue or approach a competent authority or court. Contacting support first is not a condition of legal protection.
11. Effect and updates
This initial edition applies from its first publication on the website. Later editions will show an update date and explain when they take effect. We will communicate changes as required by law. If a new feature or action requires a separate agreement or consent, we will present it beforehand. Replacing the page text does not automatically accept future app rules or consent to new processing purposes.
